We aim to process all orders within 5 days of receipt. Most orders will leave us within 2 working days. All deliveries are undertaken by a courier, usually on a next day service to the UK mainland and 2 day to islands and highlands, and a 3-4 day service to Europe. Deliveries to USA or Canada usually take 7-8 days.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. When our courier delivers your parcel, a signature will be needed to confirm delivery. If you are not in, a card will be left, detailing how delivery can be re-arranged and where you can go to personally collect your parcel, if that is more convenient.

* Mainland UK excludes the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. Delivery charges to these areas will be £12 for orders up to £150 and £20 for orders £150+.

Cancellation and returns
We offer a full refund for faulty goods returned within a week of purchase as well as for postage charges incurred in returning the goods, provided the goods are returned in accordance with our instructions.
We offer either an exchange or shop credit for goods returned unused and in perfect condition within a month of purchase. Cost of return of goods is to be incurred by the customer. We ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. Should you wish to exchange returned goods, we will charge for cost of re-delivery.
We will charge a 15% (of total order value) handling fee for cancellation of orders (standard website items only) within two weeks of placement of your order. Orders for special items cannot be cancelled, once ordered and paid for. Should the goods already have been dispatched, cost of return of goods will be incurred by the customer. We ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. Refund minus the above costs will be given once the goods have arrived at our warehouse in perfect condition.
