We ordered this item for our daughter’s birthday and asked for a personalised happy birthday message to be included; Simon was very helpful in doing this (my daughter even thought it was my writing!!) and he went out of his way to check the date of her birthday and to despatch on the correct day to arrive exactly on her birthday.
